Smart PTT T710a:

The Smart PTT T710a is a SIM card portable two-way radio designed to help teams stay in touch across South Africa and across borders. It includes a battery, antenna and charger, so you have the key components for communication together.

Use a pre-paid SIM card from networks including Vodacom, MTN, Cell C or Telkom. The radio supports VOIP communication and uses mobile data to connect users. The product information lists monthly data use as 250 MB in the features and 400 MB elsewhere, so check the expected usage for your setup.
